When did Sims 5 release?
The Sims 5 release date speculation – We expect The Sims 5 release date to be 2024 at the very earliest – though 2025 is far more likely, with game director Grant Rodiek clarifying that the launch is “years out.” We do know that Project Rene is an early access endeavor, so there’s a chance it’ll be playable to a small number of people relatively soon.
- EA intends for it to reflect a changing market and include players as a part of its development journey, so we’re pretty sure there will be a number of alphas and betas over the coming years.
- A final, packaged release date, however, could still be many years away.
- Still, if you want to get updates on the project, which may include getting to test it early, then EA is urging players to sign up for updates via the game’s official site.
We also sat down with EA’s Lyndsay Pearson for a Sims 5 Project Rene interview to get a sense of where the series is heading. There’s also been some rumors of Sims 5 cloud integration following the Project Rene playtest a few months ago. 
The Sims 3 and The Sims 4 were both released in the summer, with all four mainline games in the series so far being released around five years apart. Since we’ve long since left the five-year mark behind, there’s no real way to guess which year we might see a Sims 5 release. 
How do I have a baby girl on Sims 4?
To have a boy: –
- Listening to the Alternative Music genre. To do this, find a stereo your Sim is near and click Listen to and then choose Alternative,
- Eating carrots. If your Sim eats carrots while pregnant, this can increase their chance of having a boy. They can be bought at a market stall (if you own Cottage Living or City Living), you can grow them yourself (by purchasing seeds if you have Seasons), or you can find carrots growing wild around the neighborhood (Oasis Springs is the best spot to find some).

Once your Sim has bought seeds Before they can begin planting, first you must open the seed packets to see what’s inside. There are new set of groceries added every day so make sure you check up the shop regularly! If you have multiple Packs installed that bring in new types of groceries they also might get listed! The Grocery Shop also lets you sell any groceries you have in your Sim’s inventory.

Where can you find wild berries? – You can find wild berries in many places. Hedgerows are the perfect place for berries, along with forests, urban green patches, sunny borders of fields, heathlands and coastal areas. ‘Blackberries and elderberries are especially abundant in urban areas,’ says Molly.

How do I buy groceries on Sims 4?
Ordering Groceries – There are three ways you can order groceries directly to your home: via phone or by simply clicking the Fridge and selecting Order a Delivery, You can order the groceries via phone > Order a Delivery > Grocery Delivery, You’ll get the same Grocery Shop Menu with a similar selection of groceries that can be delivered to your lot. After you finish your order a deliverer will come to your home – in a mater of just a few Sim seconds! They’ll find your entrance doorway and knock on your door until you choose to Accept the Delivery, The deliverer will then place down the groceries on the nearest surface in your home. You’ll be able to choose whether to put the Grocery Bag in your inventory or Unload the Bag. Unloading the bag will put ingredients in either the fridge and/or your Sim’s inventory, depending or not some groceries need the fridge to remain fresh.
How do you buy objects in Sims 4?
Use the Buy Mode to purchase items at any point during the game. Sift through the items from the Sims Mall by clicking on icons representing Seating, Electronics, etc. advertisement When you click on an object, you will see a short description and price, and the object will be available for you to drop into your home (provided you have the means to purchase it).
Sofa: You’ll need a place for your Sims to go to take a load off and improve their Comfort rating. I would recommend at least two sofas in a house, especially since you never know when you’ll have visitors stop by.TV: Sad but true. A television is a steady source of fun, and since it is a group activity, benefits multiple Sims at once.Lamps: Light is absolutely necessary for Sims to be happy. Don’t leave your friends in the dark. Get at least three lamps for the living room to maximize the joy.Boombox/table: Music is another fun group activity that will improve the Room rating while benefiting more than one Sim at a time. Music is good for Sims’ souls.Computer/desk: Depending on the particular model, the computer can be used for Fun or Logic skills. Fun would be playing games, and increasing your Logic skills would be Research.
Kitchen
Refrigerator: Absolutely imperative. Your Sims will starve without it. You cannot even get a snack in this game without a fridge.Kitchen table/ 4 chairs: You don’t have to be ritzy here. Just buy the card table and the cheapest chairs you can grab. The good stuff will come when you get a job. Why four chairs? Entertaining guests at a two-chair table is a losing proposition.Cabinet/sink: Since you need a cabinet to house the sink, they go hand in hand. The sink is necessary for all those dirty dishes you’ll make. The counter space is necessary for food preparation.Range: Buy the range after the first day, and only after you’ve gained some cooking skill, but get it early on. It’ll help with the Hunger.Trash can: You’ll need someplace to put all that trash you create. Don’t forget to take it to the curb before it gets rancid.
Bathroom
Toilet: Get the cheap toilet. It works the same and carries the same Hygiene rating. Your Bladder will thank you.Shower: The one-person frugal model is the best here too. Later you can step up to a sweet soaky tub.Medicine cabinet: Provides a mirror to boost Charisma, and a toothbrush for Hygiene.Lamp: Yes, you need light in the bathroom. One lamp should do it.

Beds: Buy two at first. Remember, your Sims do not start the game as friends or lovers. You have to work toward that. Once the sparks are flying, you can step up to the double bed. Without adequate beds, your Sims’ Energy and Comfort will not regenerate.Lamps: Put at least one in the bedroom, preferably two. Sims like light, Sims like light.Dresser: If you want to change clothes, you’ll need a dresser. It offers Formal wear as well as Normal wear.
Other Rooms Game rooms and studies are all good ideas further along in your house building. Throwing in extra bookcases, pool tables, etc will improve the Sim’s needs and skills.
